1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 8 to 24 hours from the date of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Bulk or wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

2. Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery timelines:

Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: 1–2 working days
Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana: 2–5 working days
North India: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
Free shipping offers (if applicable) are available only on eligible minimum order values.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

5. Delivery Issues

If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
Sai Aari Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel:

Take clear photos/videos before opening the package.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share proof via WhatsApp or email for verification.
