1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or discounted sale items

Customized or bulk wholesale orders
Due to the nature of embroidery and jewelry-making materials, minor color variations may occur and will not be considered defects.
3. Return Process

Share order details and photo/video proof via WhatsApp or email.

After approval, we will guide you with return instructions.
Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case.
4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
