Return & Refund Policy

At Sai Aari Enterprises, we strive to provide high-quality Aari work materials, embroidery supplies, and jewelry-making products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Proper photo/video proof must be shared

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Customized or bulk wholesale orders

Due to the nature of embroidery and jewelry-making materials, minor color variations may occur and will not be considered defects.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share order details and photo/video proof via WhatsApp or email.

  3. After approval, we will guide you with return instructions.

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
